Everyone, that's who!

Myth:  Only broken or dysfunctional people work with life coaches.

Fact:  Life coaches help functional people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be in any area of their life.  That could be good to great, great to optimal, etc.  Side note:  we are all broken in some way.

When I tell people that I am a life coach, they respond with a bit of intrigue and the most common question is "who needs a life coach?", followed by "what exactlydo you do?".  My answer is everyone, that's who!

A good coach is like any piece of new technology.  When you first learn of it, you are skeptical and don't fully understand the need.  Yet, once you embrace it, you can't imagine your life without it.

My clients come to me for 2 reasons:

1.

They want help with a challenge.  Perhaps they have a damaged relationship, like their marriage is suffering or they have a difficult boss...maybe even an incorrigible mother-in-law.  Or maybe they don't know how to handle difficult circumstances in their life and want to start living more at the cause of things, instead of feeling at the "affect of" their life.

2.

To achieve a goal.  They are finally ready to get ahead in their career, buy a house, write a book, lose weight, increase their income, get married, start a family, start a business.  They don't understand why they aren't able to make desired progress or get to the finish line.  I help them make any goal actionable.

They come to me for one or both reasons and I show them how our minds are the root cause, and solution to, all of life's challenges.  If that sounds overly simple, it is because it truly is.  Simple, but hard.  If it were easy, we would all manage our mind, emotions and energy with a high degree of mastery.  The answers are always within my clients and always easier than they thought it would be.

Sadly, we are not taught the most important thing growing up.  We are taught math and science and reading and writing.  We may even learn art or music, but we are not taught how to manage ourselves mentally or emotionally.  Most people will prioritize their physical health to some degree.  I show them that the way to living a life you love is through developing our whole self with special attention on mental, emotional and spiritual development.  We don't have to agree on what it means to be spiritual, however, it is important to know that we are all here to serve a higher purpose.  Knowing that purpose is essential to whole-hearted experiences.

I provide my clients with life-changing tools and, ultimately, teach them how to coach themselves in any situation.

Many of my clients stumble upon my services after having exhausting many "conventional" options.  They are so surprised when coaching is the modality that finally sets them free and wish they had found it sooner.  So if YOU are looking for new tools to solve any challenge, let's get started.  I promise that you, too, will wish you hadn't waited so long.

It doesn't need to be a mystery, schedule a no-risk, complimentary session today.
